My passion is match-making: Matching up divestors who need to be rid of properties--due to being overextended, a messy divorce, death of a loved one, illness, unwanted inherited property, whatever reason--with investors who want to get into the real estate market, but just don't want the hassle of finding that great investment opportunity. I will buy from one and sell to the other.
